Fur hats were a major trend on the catwalk in many of the world’s top designers’ fall/winter 2015 collections. This trend filtered through to the high street with major fashion retailers stocking them in many shapes and forms.

Many celebrities and even the British Royals are fans of a good fur hat!

It can also make a great option for a winter race meeting.

With the recent cold snap I thought it would be great to show some we have made in-store so you too could make your own and keep bang up-to-date with this trend but also make it personal and different! Click here to see our range of faux fur.

I also made a red velvet covered pillbox for the store and subsequently made one for myself but instead of using the trim in the tutorial I used a red marabou feather trim available in-store and on our online shop. Click here to view our hat shapes!
