No. Our online Good Vibes Club and our in-store physical loyalty card system are completely separate and one cannot be exchanged for/transferred to the other.
How are points calculated?
You’ll earn 2 Good Vibes points for every Euro spent on eligible items. You cannot earn points on shipping costs.
How else can I earn points?
You’ll get a complimentary 50 Good Vibes when you sign up to get you started!
What about other discounts?
You can only earn points on the total of your order after any other discounts or reductions are applied.
When will my earnings show in my account?
Points will typically appear after your online order ships or is picked up from our store.
How long do my earnings last?
Points expire if your account is inactive (no transaction activity) for 365 days.
What happens if I make a return?
If you make a return, we will deduct the points you had earned on the returned/refunded items from your account.
How does your Referral Program work?
Get 200 Good Vibes when you refer a friend! Send your friends your unique referral code and once they sign up through that link, they’ll get a FREE shipping discount code AND 50 Good Vibes. Once they place their first order you’ll be rewarded with your 200 Good Vibes!
