This Multi Ink Blending Liquid allows you to dilute permanent ink, create smooth colour transitions, gradients and watercolour effects. This low odour, water-based medium can also be used to create small highlights, and even correct small errors in your work. Simply apply to the area you wish to blend or lift with a brush. For best results, use on watercolour paper and non-absorbent surfaces.
