Specially hand-dyed by Fiona Waters, Turas is spun from the fleece of Galway sheep. Not only is this yarn bold and exciting, but it is also beautifully luxurious and soft.

The Turas collection of yarn has been hand-dyed by Fiona Waters of Green Elephant Yarns. Using our 100% Irish Galway fleece, she has created 6 standout colourways in vivid and vibrant hues.

All Natural

All our yarns are as close to their natural state as possible, so you may find some small bits of hedgerow in your yarn. This is just a small piece of Ireland that has found it's way to you.

Truly Unique

Just like the sheep this wool is sourced from, every hank is slightly different. Even wool dyed in the same colour family will have stronger and lighter hues of the shade coming through. They are truly all one of a kind!
