Spun and dyed in Kilcar, Co. Donegal by Donegal Yarns - one of the last remaining traditional woollen mills left in Ireland. Their master wool specialist discovered that by blending 60% pure Irish wool with 40% virgin Merino wool, they could create a knitting yarn with a softer handle and feel while preserving all the beloved characteristics of traditional Irish wool.
