STEP BY STEP

Step 1.

Use about 4 metres of thread for the twisting of the beads and tie the first bead to the end.

Step 2.

Thread more beads onto the string at the same time using a bead carousel. (if you have one) - if not - manually thread the beads onto the thread using the beading needle.

Step 3.

The plastic eggs have an embossed hole for pressing out at the bottom. If the egg is to be turned upside down, a hole can easily be melted using a needle. Warm the needle over a candle or heat it up using a lighter.

Step 4.

Melt a hole using the hot needle.

Step 5.

Insert the eyelet into the egg.

Step 6.

Tie the end of the thread around the hanger.

Step 7.

Apply glue to the egg.

Step 8.

Now wrap the beads around the egg. Apply glue to one piece at a time, so that the entire egg is not covered – this makes it easier to handle the beads.

Step 9.

If the beading string becomes untied during the process – tie a new string at the end and continue working. End in the same way as you began. Tie a knot around the last bead, glue it, and thread the hanger.
