You Will Need:
- DESIGN FELT ASSORTMENT (FELT)
- TEXTILE GLUE (GLUE)
- YARN, RED (YARN)
- RHINESTONES, 3, 4, 6, 8MM (HERE)
To Make Your Heart:
1. Cut out parts using the patterns. Make a twist of the yarn for attaching to the handle. Tie the ends together. Put the string onto the heart’s handle. Glue the handle to the inside of the heart. Glue the tassel around tpan>he string.
2. Glue the collar in place around the tassel.
3. Done!
